 Carlos Arraya – Head Golf Course Superintendent
Carlos Arraya is a member of the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America, the Seven Rivers Golf Course Superintendent’s Association and the Florida Turfgrass Association. He has served as Assistant Superintendent at Metro West Country Club, Orlando, Florida (1996-1998) and Hawk’s Nest Golf Club (1998-2002). From 2002-2005, Carlos served as Golf Course Superintendent at the prestigious Black Diamond Ranch in Lecanto, Florida. Black Diamond, a private residential multi-course golf facility by Tom Fazio, has been named one of the “Top 100 Courses” in the world by Golf Digest.
Carlos has served as Head Golf Course Superintendent at Hawk’s Nest since October, 2005. He returned to Hawk’s Nest with a proven track record and the ability to deliver exceptional grounds attention. Carlos acquired his Associate of Science in Golf Course Operations from Indian River Community College in 2001 and Associate of Science in Computer Engineering from ITT Technical Institute in 1998.

 Phil Leddy - Head Golf Professional
Phil Leddy is a member of the PGA of America, a native of Michigan and a graduate of Ferris State University. Before Phil assumed the position of Head Golf Professional at Hawk's Nest, he was the Head Assistant Professional from 1999-2005. During the summer months he was the Assistant Golf Professional at the Fishers Island Club on Fishers Island in New York and the Head Golf Professional at the Hay Harbour Club also on Fishers Island, New York.

 Pat Fallon - Club Manager
Pat Fallon, our Club Manager, began working for Hawk's Nest in May 2007. Pat has a long and diverse career in Club Management spanning 30-plus years. His management experience began in the U.S. Air Force, managing officer and golf clubs. Pat had assignments at Hurlburt Field in Ft. Walton Beach, Florida; Diyarbikar, Turkey; Camp New Amsterdam in the Netherlands; Nellis Air Force Base in Las Vegas, Nevada; Tama Recreation Area in Tokyo, Japan; and Bellows Air Base in Waimanalo, Hawaii - spanning his Air Force career. After the Air Force, Pat had golf club management positions in country clubs in Virginia, South Carolina, Connecticut, Montana, Mississippi, and South Dakota before coming to Hawk's Nest. Pat is married to Teri-Ann and they have two children. Jeff, who resides nearby in Micco, Florida, is pursuing a college degree while working. Their daughter Megan resides in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and is pursuing a degree as a veterinarian while working for a veterinarian for experience. Hobbies for Pat include golf, fishing and the annual fall pheasant hunting in South Dakota. Stop by The Club and introduce yourself to Pat Fallon, our new Club Manager.
